SHIPPING & DELIVERY; TITLE & RISK OF LOSS

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your order.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays or loses in transit, and cannot guarantee deliveries. We are also not responsible for any import duties or fees imposed by the receiving country's customs. 

PRE-ORDER POLICY

From time to time, Jewelry Designs by ACE ™ offers pre-orders on items scheduled to release in the near future. Pre-orders are a convenient way to purchase items ahead of our team posting them online, ensuring you receive them as quickly as possible. As pre-order items are on a reserve basis, payment for orders that include any pre-order items will be charged at the time of checkout.

When possible, our best estimate is given for the expected arrival of all pre-order products. Orders that include pre-order items will only be dispatched once all items, including the pre-order items, are In Stock. If you would like to receive specific items from your order immediately, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items to ensure that your items arrive when expected.
